Celebrating Thanksgiving with Puttisu

Happy Thanksgiving, everyone!

We're sure that all of you moms out there have your recipes ready by now for this special day. Thanksgiving started back in 1621 when the Pilgrims gathered together to celebrate their first harvest. It was in 1863 that President Abraham Lincoln declared it a national holiday.

Then, in 1942 President Franklin Roosevelt established the fourth Thursday in November as Thanksgiving day. The typical Thanksgiving meal usually consists of bread stuffing, potatoes, cranberries, pumpkin pie, and don't forget the turkey! This year, Thanksgiving falls on November 24th. So gather your loved ones around and enjoy this delicious holiday!

  1. Family Feud game

There's no doubt that everyone knows the infamous Family Feud game. Why not try it out this year for your family's Thanksgiving activity? With a bit of planning and crafting, this will be an activity that will surely make this holiday a memorable one.

The game is simple to play. One person is designated as the host, and they will ask a question from the survey list. The family members will then have a chance to buzz in and answer the question. If they are correct, they earn points for their team. The team with the most points at the end of the game wins!

You can download the survey questions for free online or come up with your own questions. Be sure to make the questions appropriate for your family. For example, you may want to avoid questions that are too personal or could lead to arguments.

This is a fun game that the whole family can enjoy. It's a great way to get everyone involved and laughing together. So why not give it a try this Thanksgiving?
