Before shipping your order, we meticulously examine the products to ensure they're in perfect condition. However, if you observe any damage upon delivery, kindly reach out to us (via email: info@puttisu-usa.com) promptly, so we can swiftly arrange a replacement for your items.

If, for any reason, you're dissatisfied (including a change of preference), you have the option to return the unused, unopened product in its original, undamaged packaging within 15 days of purchase. This qualifies you for a refund of the product's value. It's important to note that if the returned product is not in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to decline the refund or deduct up to 30% of the initial selling price from the refunded amount. Please understand that we can't process returns for clearance items or products damaged due to regular wear and tear.

To initiate a return or exchange, kindly email us at info@puttisu-usa.com and indicate your intention to return the item. Alongside, include the original packing slip in the package, marking the item you're returning. If you don't have the original packing slip, please get in touch with us. Bear in mind, return postage for a change of preference won't be refunded, and you'll be responsible for covering the return postage expenses. For exchanges, we'll take care of the shipping cost for the new item.

Returning goods purchased from retail stores: 
All items purchased from retail stores need to be returned to the store of purchase. Puttisu USA won't be able to accept returns of items bought from retail stores.

Please be aware that we can't accept returns or exchanges without the original receipt or gift receipt.
