In the spirit of Halloween, it's Cocktail Week in The Puttisu Kitchen. It's all about magical shimmery swirls and delicious cocktails today.

 Here at Puttisu, with Halloween approaching, we feel our solemn duty is to provide some child-friendly alternatives for those seeking a bloodthirsty way to spend their All Hallow's Eve.

So, If you are looking for fun activities that won't involve drinking cursed blood, look no further and join us in re-creating these 3 fun mocktails.

Halloween is a time for witches, ghosts, and goblins. But it's also a time for delicious cocktails! Today we are sharing some of our favorite mocktails to date. Don't forget to tag us @puttisuusa to feature on our stories

In order to prepare, In light of the dark Halloween duties that lie ahead. We must confess that no ghosts or unicorns were harmed in making these potions.


The Hermione Granger Mocktail.

In celebration of females everywhere, we created this cocktail to celebrate the fabulous Hermione Granger, the brightest witch of her age and a total boss! 

She's always one step ahead, super clever, and an all-around hard worker. Plus, her magical abilities make her stand out from the rest. Even though she's sweet and kind-hearted, don't let that fool you - she can hold her own in a fight! 

So if you're looking for a powerful role model this Halloween, look no further than Hermione Granger!

This raspberry rosemary shrub is perfect for Halloween. Fresh raspberries and sweet raspberry jam, smashed with rosemary, lemon, a splash of apple cider vinegar, and fizzy sparkling water. This makes for a simple and quick Harry Potter-themed cocktail. 

Present it in A sweet lemon rose sugar-lined glass is the perfect way to celebrate Halloween!


Ingredients:

1/2 cup organic raspberries,
1/4 cup raspberry jam,
1 sprig of organic rosemary, leaves removed and finely chopped,
1/4 cup lemon juice,
A dash of organic apple cider vinegar to taste
Sparkling water to top off
Sugar for the rim (optional)

Instructions:

Combine the raspberries, raspberry jam, rosemary, lemon juice, and a dash of apple cider vinegar in a blender. Blend until smooth. Rim a glass with sugar, if desired. Pour the mixture into the glass and top with sparkling water.

Want to be a bit naughty? For the moms and dads, add 1/2 cup of vodka.

 

Unicorn blood Frappuccino

 Unicorn blood Frappuccino is a powerful magical potion, and it's definitely not something to be taken lightly! If you're looking for a powerful Halloween drink that will give you a spine-tingling scare, look no further than the Unicorn Blood Mocktail.

"The blood of a unicorn will keep you alive, even if you are an inch from death, but at a terrible price. You have slain something pure and defenceless to save yourself, and you will have but a half-life, a cursed life, from the moment the blood touches your lips. "—The slaying of a unicorn is a crime.

This delicious and refreshing layered drink is perfect for Halloween. The colors are perfect for the season, and it's sure to please both kids and adults.

To make this drink, you'll need:

-A blender
-Ice cubes
-Vanilla ice cream
- a handful of ripe organic raspberries 
-Whipped cream
-edible glitter

  1. Start by blending the ice cubes until they are smooth.
  1. Add the vanilla ice cream and blend until smooth.
  1. To make your delicious raspberry puree, start by grabbing a handful of ripe raspberries. Gently mash them together until they're lovely and squishy, then strain them through a mesh sieve or cheesecloth to eliminate lumps and bumps. Remember to add edible glitter for that extra unicorn magic.
  1. Pour the drink into glasses and top with whipped cream and a strawberry slice, if desired. Serve immediately.

This is the perfect drink to enjoy on Halloween – festive, colorful, and delicious!

Peaches and Pumpkin Pie Shots

No Haloween Mocktail list would be complete without a Pumpkin-inspired drink for good measure. Peaches and Pumpkin Puree are the stars of this drink. Add a bit of spice with some pumpkin pie spice, and this is the perfect drink to enjoy while waiting for Trick-or-Treating to start.

These shooters are easy to make and taste great. To make them, you will need: 

1 cup of pumpkin puree,
1 cup of peach puree,
1 can of condensed milk,
1 teaspoon of cinnamon,
1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg,
1/4 teaspoon of allspice
and graham crackers.

 To make the shooters, combine the peach, pumpkin puree, condensed milk, and spices in a bowl. Rim a mason jar with graham crackers. Pour the pumpkin mixture into the jar and enjoy!
